SoHome Residential Park is a project the Hus Invest investment company, member of the HUS LTD group, which also includes the trade companies Metalsnab Bulgaria AD, Metalworking plants in Lom and in Shumen, the Si Finance non-banking financial institution, a transportation company, the Kikkaboo company for baby products, and so on
Established in 1990, HUS LTD with headquarters in the city of Plovdiv and trade in metals and manufacturing of steel products as main activity. It is a family company, which has grown significantly since 1998. Over the years, the company has invested in technological equipment, new and modern warehouses. The wide range of steel products and large stocks allow the company to satisfy the demand for metals and metal products in different segments: construction, machine building, post-processing, industrial equipment and more. The group has been operating successfully for more than 20 years and has established itself as a market leader and a reliable partner in Bulgaria and on the international market. Hus Invest has built more than 50 000m2 in its projects in Plovdiv.

The complex is situated within Recreation and Culture Park, the greenest, most prestigious and preferred for living area of the city of Plovdiv, located in close proximity to the city center, the Rowing Canal, shopping centers (Mall Plovdiv) and supermarkets (Lidl, Kaufland), schools, kindergartens, and medical centers. Plovdiv City Park I" is characterized by high level of completion and quality in every detail.   • It is located just next to Mall Plovdiv and not far from the city center and the park of the Rowing Canal. Our overall concept is to provide residents with the opportunity to live in peace and tranquility, greenery and security. All of this at a 2-minute drive to the city center but also close to transport, schools, kindergartens and shops - Mall Plovdiv, the Rowing Canal, the center of Plovdiv and others. The complex comprises eight buildings of 5 to 8 residential floors. It features two-bedroom, three-bedroom, four-and five-bedroom apartments of surface areas between 48 and 300 sq.m. We offer mostly low-rise buildings with large apartments of up to 300 sq.m. on the top floors with charming views, spaciousness and silence.
